A positive culture is evident, safety procedures are in place and the students health and well-being is a top priority. Majority of students recognize the importance they play in establishing a safe environment. | |
| Educational leaders have a specific focus to help students achieve maximum growth. MAPS testing is done to diagnose growth and gaps in student learning. Students create growth goals to develop an individualized plan to attain their goals | In the future these goals could be further developed in a more effective manner to make sure that students understand where they are heading and the relevance of their practice. Also documenting will allow students to take more ownership in future goals. |
